How do I order products and how does it work? How do I order products and how does it work?
What is the shopping basket and how does it work? By selecting the "Add to Basket" button next to any product, the product is placed in an electronic shopping basket. At anytime you can check the contents of your shopping basket by clicking on the "Shopping Basket" icon at the top of the page. If there is a product you would like to remove from your shopping basket select the "Remove" button next to the item. From the shopping cart you may "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout". Are credit card transactions secure? Yes. This site has a VeriSign Secure Server ID. VeriSign and Dun & Bradstreet have authenticated this site's identity: When is my credit card charged for the order? Credit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. Is sales tax charged on my purchase? State laws require a Florida-based business to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Florida addresses. We are not required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of any other states. What options do I have for shipping? We ship all of our online orders via UPS.
